The experience acquired by Civita Servizi in the organisation of exhibitions guarantees the various Commissions, cultural institutions and public and private bodies the organisational, promotional and management partnership necessary for the success of the event. The flexible approach allows for the management of the entire organisational process, or only certain aspects, as desired (for example, organisational secretariat, communication and promotion, management of public services, educational activities).
Civita Servizi has made a significant contribution to the evolution of services management in the State museums; it has made a decisive input to the most cutting-edge experiences of global services, especially those implemented by local government bodies. Directly, or through its regional companies, Civita Servizi is present in approximately 50 museums distributed over much of the country, assuring an integrated system of services: public reception, management of computerised ticket services, booking systems, cloakroom and educational services.
During the exhibitions, throughout the museum circuit, Civita Servizi can also offer the organisation of extraordinary openings, with guided tours and the organisation of corporate events for enterprise.
